All new clients are required to pay 100% of the total fees payable in advance of the services commencing.
Unless agreed with Tom Newman all existing clients must pay an advance payment of 50% of the total fee is payable prior to the work commencing. The remaining fees will be invoiced on a monthly basis to cover the cost of the work undertaken during that month. Tax invoices will be issued to the main client contact.
The following cancellation charges will be incurred if consultancy projects are cancelled:
More than 30 days notice – no cancellation charge
Less than 30 days – 100% cancellation charge
Expenses and VAT
All expenses incurred relating to the consultancy will be charged including travel, accommodation, meals and postage.
Vat will be charged at the current rate.
